This is going to be a long review but worth it! I will start with the fact our room was wonderful! Even better was the breakfast! The best we have EVER had! Randall....where do I begin? What a fantastic person and front desk manager! I can't say enough about how kind...funny...helpful and AMAZING he was! Ty so much for making our stay wonderful! Miss Deb.....she is the best! So positive and such an amazing lady! If u ever get to talk to her....consider yourself blessed! Brandye.....what a goofball and such a beautiful lady! You would be lucky to meet her!!!! TO ALL OF THE OTHER STAFF.....I was not lucky enough to get all your names......but you were ALL AMAZING!!!! We appreciated and were thankful for everything you did for our stay!!! When we come back again to see my son.....we will be staying here 100%! Much love to you all and see you next time!!!!!

Our family has stayed here multiple times and each time has been excellent & issue free. The entire staff here are the friendliest, helpful, and accommodating hotel staff, bar none. This place will be even better after the upgrades next year.

Location is safe and clean but not much around it. Downtown is a short walk though.

Stayed Dec2nd to Dec7th Excellent hotel! Except for the room we had to have had only one bathroom for 2 people. Looking forward to 2024 and a Suite with 2 bathrooms. Employees are outstanding for any questions you have especially Marissa and Randall. We will be back! Thanks again! Steve G

Overall the stay was good. The staff at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and offered suggestions for dinner. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was spacious. It also included a kitchenette which we utilized. The bathrooms can use some updates. The toilet had rust at the bottom that appeared as if it hadn't been cleaning and shower also was rusted around the drain. The rooms themselves were clean! Complementary breakfast was included.

Breakfast was great.. I loved the experience and it was clean and organized and everyone is super professional and sweet. I left my glasses at the pool and one of the nigh staff returned them to the front desk. I appreciate you!!! We will come back here !
